HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL THE PHOTOGRAPHER TAKE ?
We always take more photos than the ones included in our photo packages to make sure we deliver the best photos and always include some extra shoots on the DVD’s.
HOW CAN I SECURE MY BOOKING?
We ask for a deposit using Paypal, or a bank tranfer – deposit either in Mexico, EEUU or Spain. We accept usd, euro or mexican pesos (at the exchange rate valid at the bank on the Wedding Day). All prices are in US Dollars.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL I HAVE FOR MY WEDDING?
Each photo coverage is provided by one main photographer and an assistant that will be assisting with lighting.
WILL I GET ALL THE SHOOTS TAKEN ON MY WEDDING DAY?
You’ll get ALL the good shoots taken on your wedding day.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE MY PICTURES?
Approximately 6 weeks after the wedding day (it depends on how busy the season is) you’ll receive a link to a teaser of the wedding. Those pictures will be on high resolution in case you want to print them already.
WILL I GET AN ALBUM INCLUDED IN MY PHOTO PACKAGE?
No, albums or fine art books are not included in the photo packages.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL ACTUALLY BE TAKEN DURING PHOTOCOVERAGE?
We shoot as the event unfolds it’s impossible to determine how many photos will be shot for your wedding, but we always shoot at least twice as much as the photos to be delivered.
IF I DECIDE I WANT THE PHOTOGRAPHER TO STAY FOR ONE OR 2 MORE HOURS HOW MUCH WILL THIS BE?
Yes, it is possible. Sometimes our weddings have different schedules and we need a package that fits differently. You can always request a customized package to meet your needs.
IS PHOTO COVERAGE TIME CONTINUOUS OR DOES THE PHOTOGRAPHER TAKE A BREAK AND CONTINUE ON AT A LATER TIME?
Photo Coverage hours are CONTINUOUS. We don’t take breaks.
WHEN I RECEIVE MY DVD WILL I ALSO HAVE THE COPYRIGHT FOR MY PICTURES?
Yes. You’ll be able to print pictures from the dvd but, as a studio, we will share the copyrights to your pictures. This means that any kind of advertising or publishing of the pictures will require our authorization and approval. The photographer will also have to be credited as well.
WILL YOU GO TO THE LOCATION OF MY CHOICE OUTSIDE OF MAYAN RIVIERA AND CANCUN?
Only if all expenses are paid.
CAN YOU WORK AT ALL RESORTS IN MAYAN RIVIERA AND CANCUN?
There are different rules at the Resorts. However, most of them are pretty much open to letting you bring the photographer of your choice onto the resort. Some of them require the photographer to be a guest at the Resort, so the couple will need to book a night for the photographer, some others require an extra fee to be paid to their on-site photography shop, in order for you to bring an outside photographer onto their resort.
There are also other resorts that will charge you extra fees called “day passes” to get outside photographers onto the resort. These extra fees are not included in our photo packages.
***We encourage all couples to search for a location that matches their expectations not a place where they will be forced to purchase the services provided by the hotel.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE A DATE?
Yes, I ask for a deposit depending on the Package to secure all bookings.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE?
We ask for an initial deposit of 40% of the package using Paypal, then full payment is required on the wedding day.
